Previously head of the Retail and Leisure Sector Group at Matheson. Chosen as Best Lawyers Lawyer of the Year, Leisure and Licensing Law, Dublin, in 2015 and 2016. The Law Society of Ireland's nominee to the Courts Service on bringing liquor licensing applications online. Has worked on clients' shop floors to establish whether particular advice would hold up in the room.

Twenty years across commercial property, landlord and tenant, retail and leisure and liquor licensing. Acquisition, development, leasing and disposal of shopping centres, acting for international retail clients, and involved in most of the major shopping centre developments in the country over that period. A graduate of Trinity College Dublin; previously with Matheson and McCann FitzGerald.

Twenty years in commercial and corporate law: mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, management buyouts, restructuring and governance, plus the day to day contracts a trading business runs on.
